We provide digital marketing, web development, Facebook advertising, and graphic design services. All services are subject to a separate agreement or proposal outlining the scope of work, deliverables, and pricing.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the project proposal. We require an advance payment before starting work. Final delivery will be made upon full payment. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information required for the project
• Timely feedback and approvals to avoid project delays
• Ensuring all provided content (text, images) does not infringe any copyrights
• Keeping login credentials and access information secure

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Revisions & Refunds

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the proposal. Refunds are not provided once work has commenced, unless we fail to deliver the agreed services.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In such cases, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
